DMCA & Removals

How to report a copyright infringement — and the simpler route if you just want your listing taken down.

Only Stars Finder respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its
users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of
1998 (DMCA), we respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement concerning our
website.

Before you file: profile removal is simpler

If you are a creator and you simply want your listing taken down, you do not need
a DMCA notice. Write to
contact@growwithfans.com with your OnlyFans
username, from an address we can tie to that profile.
We remove listings within 72 hours and we do not ask for a reason.

Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe that material on https://onlystarsfinder.com infringes a copyright you own or represent,
send a written notice to our designated agent containing:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person
authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail
for us to locate it — a direct URL is best.
  • Your contact information: address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised
by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under
penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.

Designated agent

Send notices to contact@growwithfans.com, or by
post to 3150 SW 38 Ave Suite 1320-F, 33146 Miami, Florida, USA.

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially
misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable for damages,
including costs and attorneys’ fees.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may
submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) to the same address.

Repeat infringers

Listings that are the subject of repeated valid notices are removed permanently
and are not reinstated.
